How long does it take

Given the right sized hoop most people start getting the basic hooping around the waist in the first session itself or within a couple of sessions. Depending on their fitness levels it takes a few more sessions until just keeping the hoop going around the waist is no longer a challenge. In the old days that's when hula hooping started to become a drag. Now that's the beginning of hooping and hoop dancing. Hooping around neck, chest, hips, thighs, knees, hooping tricks, hoop dances, multiple hoops ... The Challenges are endless!
